3. TraderLens Service
TraderLens reviews connected trading history, plan settings and related evidence. It is not a broker and does not execute trades.
4. Beta Features
Beta functionality, interfaces, limits and availability may change, be incomplete or be withdrawn.
5. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and protect account credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. MT5 and Third-Party Connections
MT5 is the first supported connection. Third-party services have their own terms and availability; TraderLens does not control them.
7. User Responsibilities
You remain responsible for trading activity, legal compliance, connected data and independent evaluation of all output.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, access without authorisation or use the service unlawfully.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are not yet confirmed. Pricing, billing terms, taxes and plan limits will be disclosed before paid access begins.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules for any future paid service require confirmation and will be presented before purchase.
11. Intellectual Property
TraderLens branding, software and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
12. User Content and Trading Data
You retain rights in data you provide, while granting the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the service.
13. AI-Generated Explanations
AI explains existing evidence and may produce incomplete or incorrect output. It must not replace independent judgement.
14. No Financial Advice
TraderLens is not an investment adviser. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
15. No Trading Signals or Execution
TraderLens does not provide trading signals and does not place, modify or close trades.
16. Risk Disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk and may result in loss of capital. TraderLens does not guarantee results.
17. Service Availability
The service may be interrupted, changed or unavailable, particularly during beta.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated.
19. Limitation of Liability
Any limitation must comply with applicable law. The final liability cap and excluded losses require legal and commercial confirmation.
20. Indemnification
Any indemnity obligations require legal review and will apply only to the extent valid under governing law.
21. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk or breach. You may stop using the service subject to applicable account procedures.
22. Governing Law
The governing law and dispute forum have not been confirmed and must be approved before production reliance.
