TraderLens ("we", "us" or "our") provides a decision intelligence platform for traders. This policy explains how information is handled through traderlens.io and the TraderLens product. TraderLens is in beta and operational details may evolve.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide, information produced through connected services, and technical information generated when you use TraderLens.
3. Trading and MT5 Data
Connected MT5 history may include symbols, order identifiers, timing, direction, volume, prices, profit, commission, swap and other closed-trade details. It is used to provide your dashboard, evidence and review features.
4. Account Information
Account information may include your name, email address, authentication details, onboarding answers, trading-plan settings and communications with us.
5. Technical and Usage Data
We may process IP address, browser and device information, request logs, security events and feature interactions needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
TraderLens also records its own usage events, such as pages viewed, the step reached during onboarding, the stages of the subscription checkout and the use of certain interface controls. These records are held by TraderLens and are not sent to an analytics vendor. They contain no IP address and no identifier that persists once your session ends; a single visit is distinguished only by a random value held in that session.
Campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, landing URL and referrer may be captured on the first page of a visit and retained if you join the waitlist or create an account, so that registrations can be attributed to the source that produced them.
6. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain TraderLens.
- Generate dashboard evidence, plan reviews and explanations.
- Secure accounts and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate about service and beta changes.
- Comply with legal obligations.
7. Decision Intelligence and AI Processing
Core metrics and flags are calculated by TraderLens. Relevant stored evidence may be provided to AI services to generate explanations. AI output may contain errors and does not determine underlying platform evidence.
8. Legal Bases Where Applicable
Depending on location and context, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations. The applicable basis should be confirmed during legal review.
11. Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, account operation, security, disputes and legal obligations. Usage events described in section 5 are deleted automatically after 400 days by a scheduled daily job. Retention schedules for the remaining categories require operational and legal confirmation.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the beta service. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
13. International Data Transfers
Service providers may process information in different countries. Appropriate transfer protections will be evaluated where required by applicable law.
14. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or request portability. Contact us to submit a request.
15. Account Deletion and Data Requests
Requests may be sent to admin@traderlens.io. We may need to verify identity and retain limited information where legally required.
16. Children’s Privacy
TraderLens is not intended for children or people who cannot legally use trading-related services in their jurisdiction. The precise minimum age requires legal confirmation.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as TraderLens evolves. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service or account notice where required.
